I may collect one or more of these data by asking you to provide them, for example when you place an order via my website or when you subscribe to my newsletter.

I will only use your data for the purposes listed below.

1.1 Delivering products and/or services

When you buy a product or service from me, I ask for your name, address, email address and other information required to fulfill your order, and to be able to contact you about your order should this be necessary.

1.2 Invoicing and financial administration

When you buy a product or service from me, I will send you an invoice with your name, address, and order details. If you buy on behalf of a company, the invoice will also include your company name and VAT number. I keep invoices and related correspondence on your order in my administration for seven years, to comply with legal obligations.

1.3 Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe to my email newsletter, I will store your name and email address in my newsletter subscription list. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe from my newsletter. You can also contact me at tristanlavender@gmail.com to unsubscribe at any time. I will keep your name and email address until you unsubscribe, upon which I will remove them from my mailing list.

1.4 Inquiries and email correspondence

When you submit an inquiry via the contact form on this website, I ask for your name and email address. This allows me to contact you to follow up on your inquiry. You may also contact me via email. I will keep emails for a maximum period of five years.

1.5 Commenting on blog posts

When you leave a comment on my blog, you will be asked to provide your name and email address. This enables me to respond to your comment in a personal way, and allows you to receive notifications of responses if you choose to. Only your name will be visible above the comment – not your email address. You can always request me to delete your comment.

For the purposes listed above, your data may be processed by one or more of the following third parties, in accordance with their privacy policies.

  • WooCommerce: to process a product or service order.
  • PayPal: to process a payment via PayPal.
  • IDEAL: to process a payment via IDEAL.
  • Wordpress: to enable comments on blog posts.
  • MailChimp: to process newsletter subscriptions and send out newsletters.
  • Google (Gmail): to support notifications of inquiries and orders, and email correspondence.

I will never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
